Be familiar with the practical guide to Legislative Drafting in India. Learn and appreciate the nuances of Legislative Drafting, Legislative Enactments and Important Provisions.

The appreciation course is a collaborative outcome of Centre for Legislative Studies and Research, Manav Rachna University, Suveeksha Eduskills & Bar and Bench. It is a one-week online course, delivered via 15 hours of synchronous classes and interactive sessions.

The course aims to teach the principles and techniques to one commencing adventurous journey on the path of Legislative Drafting. The course will be useful to those entrusted with the task of interpreting the laws, for one of the techniques of interpretation is to peep into the mind of the draftsman and apprise oneself of the tools and techniques employed by the draftsman.

How you study

This course by Centre for Legislative Studies and Research, Manav Rachna University, Suveeksha Eduskills and Bar and Bench is designed for the online mode of learning. The students will enroll on www.suveeskha.com and will be issued a login username and password after the receipt of prescribed fee.

The course shall be conducted over a period of one week. Each class shall be of two hours duration, of which one and half hours is the interactive teaching-learning session with the teacher and the last half hour is for any clarifications, problem solving and assessments.

All synchronous classes will be recorded and will be available to the student. The students will be provided study material by Suveeksha Eduskills. Following tools and techniques will be employed for teaching, analytical probe and assessment during the course.
