The legal profession is one of the oldest as well as most contemporary professions of all. While in law schools, one must develop three essential skills of critical thinking, analytical ability and effective communication skills. The trilogy of these skills along with the passion to study law is the sure-shot recipe to make a successful legal career. Gradually, one may develop specialization in the area of one’s interest.

Dr. Versha Vahini has taught at some of the leading law schools in India including NLSIU, Bangalore, NLIU, Bhopal, and NUJS, Kolkatta. Currently, she is heading the Faculty of Law at Manav Rachna University, Faridabad. She has done extensive research on Competition Law during her Ph.D. and has written a book on Indian Competition Law, by Lexis Nexis with the latest edition being published in 2020.
